Why We Started Ressl.ai

Hello world, we’re Abhishek and Arushi, the co-founders of Ressl.ai. For us, this all started with one big belief: vertical AI agents can deliver full-fledged outcomes - a game-changer for enterprise value creation. We’ve both spent years building and scaling technology, and we knew AI could tackle some of the most frustrating inefficiencies in IT services.

Take Salesforce, for example. Companies spend 2-3X what they pay for Salesforce licenses just to maintain their systems. And still, they’re stuck with delays, inefficiencies, and unrealized potential. We knew there had to be a better way!

Finding Our Focus

In the beginning, we cast a wide net, exploring everything from ERP implementation to SaaS onboarding. But after talking to 120+ companies (a huge thanks to everyone who spent time speaking to us), it became clear: Salesforce was where we could make the biggest impact. Why Salesforce? Because it’s critical for revenue operations, widely adopted, and desperately in need of smarter, faster solutions.

So we narrowed our focus and started building AI agents that could tackle Salesforce customization head-on. Our mission became clear: make Salesforce work for businesses, not the other way around.

Where We Are Now

We’ve come a long way in a short time. We’ve raised pre-seed funding from Entrepreneur First (backed by the likes of Reid Hoffman, Patrick Collison etc) and Transpose Platform to supercharge our mission. Next stop? San Francisco. We’re moving to the heart of the Salesforce ecosystem to scale operations and deepen partnerships.
