BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
A few good
questions.
Does Ressl replace our CRM?
No. Ressl works with your existing systems. Your CRM remains the system of record. The teammate helps do the work inside and around it, rather than asking your team to move somewhere new.
How does it learn our way of working?
We set up the teammate with the context it needs: connected systems, relevant documentation, runbooks, and your team’s conventions. Reviews and feedback help refine how it handles the workflow.
Are all six roles ready to use out of the box?
No. Existing workflows are configured around your connections, business rules, and review points. Bids and proposals, NDA coordination, and office operations draw on earlier workflow implementations and need adaptation to the current platform and validation before rollout. We confirm the scope and setup with you first.
Where do people stay involved?
You define the responsibilities and review points before rollout. Your engineers review changes, estimators approve bids, and legal reviewers approve external NDA replies. People handle the exceptions and decisions that need their judgment.
Can we build a teammate for a different responsibility?
Yes. We start with your process, examples of good work, and the tools involved. Instructions, reusable skills, and scheduled or event-triggered tasks shape the role. We identify any new integration work, agree on human review points, and validate a real assignment before expanding the scope.
What tools and data can it access?
We scope the integrations, permissions, and data boundaries around your use case before rollout. Start with the systems and context needed for one responsibility; additional connections may need integration work.
MAKE ROOM FOR A NEW KIND OF TEAMMATE
A different responsibility?
Build a teammate around it. Bring your workflow, runbooks, and examples of good work. We’ll scope the tools, skills, and review points together.
